ACCEPTANCE OF ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation must be accepted, under penalty of forfeiting the benefit, through the online procedure that will be open from the publication of the final rankings (7 October 2025) until 7 p.m. on 13 October 2025 (Monday),by accessing your reserved area on the Student Portal.

OCCUPANCY OF THE “BED PLACE”

Students who were beneficiaries of a bedplace in the previous academic year (2024-2025) and who are eligible for a bedplace in the provisional ranking for the academic year 2025-2026 may continue to stay, free of charge, in their bed room occupied in September 2025, until the final ranking is published on 7 October 2025.

The occupation of rooms at the Campus, the Student House in Via Biasi, the Student House in Via Businco and the Guest House in Via Sassari will be carried out as follows:

• Bed exchanges
  On 7 October 2025 (Tuesday), starting from the publication of the rankings and until 6 p.m., bed exchanges will be made by sending the ticket with the appropriate form available on the ERSU website. The form must be submitted by both students who wish to exchange rooms. Exchanges involving three or more beds will not be allowed.
  Students will receive a prompt response to their request by 6:00 p.m. on 7 October 2025. They will receive a ticket indicating how to occupy the exchanged bedplace. Students may not move before receiving a response to their request.
• A. Occupancy of students enrolled in subsequent years not involved in exchanges.
  Students may go to the house of student of occupancy On 8 October 2025 (Wednesday) from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  If the student is unable to occupy the bed place on 8 October 2025, they may do so from 10 October 2025 (Friday) until 13 October 2025 (Monday) during the above-mentioned time slots.
  The allocation of assigned bedplaces must be completed by 8:00 p.m. on 13 October 2025 (Monday), under penalty of forfeiture pursuant to Article 2 of the Student Housing Regulations.
• B. Allocation of bedplaces to students enrolled in the 1st year (1st, 2nd and 3rd level freshmen) not involved in exchanges.
  Students may go to the house of student of occupancy on 9 October 2025 (Thursday) from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m..
  If students are unable to occupy their bedplaces on 9 October 2025, they may do so from 10 October 2025 (Friday) until 13 October 2025 (Monday) during the above-mentioned time slots.
  The process of occupying the assigned accommodation must be completed by 8 p.m. on 13 October 2025 (Monday), otherwise the student will lose their place in accordance with Article 2 of the Student Accommodation Regulations.

PLEASE NOTE

Students who email the Accommodation Office explaining the reason for their delay and providing adequate justification (e.g. a medical certificate attesting to the period of illness or a statement from a teacher proving the need to be absent for study reasons) will still be required to pay the room fee.

Students who have been allocated a bed place and are participating in international mobility programmes during the first semester of the current academic year must notify the Accommodation Office by email when they occupy the bed, attaching the certificate issued by the University certifying the dates of the actual period abroad and any release form (form downloadable here).

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR OCCUPANCY OF THE BEDPLACE

In order to occupy the assigned bedplace, you must present a valid identity document upon arrival at the facility.

PAYMENT OF THE DEPOSIT

The day after occupying the bedplace, you can pay the deposit of €. 162.00 via PagoPA on the student portal (only for new assignees)

How to pay via PagoPA

The amount due must be paid via the PagoPA system, through your personal page on the Student Portal.

Instructions for accessing the PagoPA section:

• Select “ elenco dovuti - servizio alloggi ”.
• Select the reason for payment “cauzione alloggio”.
• Select “genera transazione ”.
• select “ procedi al pagamento” to pay online, or “ rimani sulla sezione pagamenti” to print the payment slip, click on “ scarica bollettino” and make the payment at Italian post offices, banks, Lottomatica, etc.

Please keep the payment receipt.
