ERSU CAGLIARI
Ente Regionale per il diritto allo Studio Universitario di Cagliari

The cultural, sports, and leisure activities supported and promoted by ERSU Cagliari are aimed at students of the University of Cagliari, the Pontifical Theological Faculty of Sardinia, the Higher Institute of Religious Sciences of Cagliari, the State Music Conservatory of Cagliari, and the Verbum Higher School for Linguistic Mediators.

ERSU offers access to its cultural spaces in Via Trentino 21. The following spaces are used for cultural, educational, social, information, training and orientation initiatives that are of interest to the students of the University of Cagliari:

• The Michelangelo Pira study room, open from Monday to Saturday (except holidays), from 08:30 to 13:30 and from 14:30 to 19:30. Access must be booked the day before at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
• The Maria Carta Room for meetings, workshops, book presentations, courses, etc.
• The Nanni Loy cinema for concerts and screenings.
• The foyer of the Nanni Loy hall for small exhibitions (136sqm).

The Maria Carta Room and the Nanni Loy cinema can be used by:

• Individual students;
• Public Administrations;
• The University of Cagliari, the Pontifical Theological Faculty of Sardinia, the Higher Institute of Religious Sciences of Cagliari, the State Conservatory of Music of Cagliari, Verbum Higher School for Linguistic Mediators, and other public schools recognised by the Ministry of Education;
• Non-student associations, cooperatives, clubs, committees, and cultural and voluntary bodies duly established pursuant to the regulations in force;
• Private entities.

Room capacity

• Nanni Loy cinema: maximum capacity 149 seats
• Maria Carta Room: maximum capacity 55 people.

Documentation

The ERSU cultural office handles the following procedures:

• Contributions for study trips initiated by universities and aimed at enhancing the programs within the courses of study;
• Contributions to student associations and committees for cultural, sports, and leisure activities;
• Agreements and conventions with cultural and performing arts organisations aimed at encouraging the use of cultural and leisure services;
• Concessions and vouchers with sports, cultural, and performing arts organisations offering special rates for students.
