Phone and online support is available on the following days and times: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 13:00 and on Tuesday and Thursday from 15:00 to 17:00.

The public relations office (URP) is the channel for all internal and external information and communication.
The URP is responsible for:
- ensuring access to information about the activities and services provided by the organisation;
- assisting users via the following means of communication: email, telephone, and social media;
- managing the website and ensuring the timely publication of information, documents, and measures as mandated by law pursuant to Italian Law 190/2012, and Legislative Decrees 33/2013 and 97/2016, with specific reference to the updating of data and information in the ‘Transparent Administration’ section, as well as all other information necessary for the use of its services;
