Students who will receive the Rental Allowance for the 2024/25 academic year are informed that they can now submit their payment request via the Student Portal.
Students who will receive the Rental Allowance for the 2024/25 academic year are informed that they can now submit their payment request via the Student Portal. The deadline for submitting requests is 7 November 2025. In addition to the payment request, receipts relating to the payment of the rent must be submitted in order to be credited with the amount due.
The following methods for submitting the request and receipts must be observed
- Select the Academic Year 2024/2025 from the reserved area of the Student Portal;
- Access the 'Richiesta Pagamento Fitto Casa' section.
- Indicate in the relevant tab the period for which rent receipts are to be presented (October 2024 to September 2025);
- Go to the next tab, 'Richiesta Pagamento Fitto Casa - Riepilogo' (Request for Payment of Home Rent - Summary), and check the data entered.
- Once this has been done, access the 'Richiesta Pagamento Fitto Casa - Conferma' tab and click on the 'CONFERMA' button to send the payment request. Once confirmation has been made, a message will be displayed to conclude the procedure, after which it will no longer be possible to make any changes. You will then receive an email confirming that the procedure has been completed.
TThe payment request will only be acquired by the Institution after confirmation and submission. Interested parties must verify that the request has been sent correctly and that they have received the email at the end of the process.
After confirming the payment request, all interested parties must submit the rent payment receipts, which must be uploaded by 7 November 2025 in the "Carica documenti - 2024/2025" section. “Rent payment - Rent receipts”.
Please note that, pursuant to Article 12.1 of the call for applications, copies of the following receipts may be submitted, which must indicate the name of the student for whom the payment was made, the months or period of reference of the rent and the amounts paid:
- bank or postal transfer receipts;
- receipts issued by the landlord.
All interested parties must provide the Institution with the IBAN code of a current account or prepaid card in their name by filling in the appropriate section on the Student Portal in order to allow the amount due to be credited. Students who do not provide their bank details in accordance with the above procedures by the deadline of 7 November 2025 will be declared ineligible.
The scholarship will be authorised by March 2026.
