Interventions are reserved for students enrolled or intending to enrol on degree courses at the University of Cagliari, on specialisation courses required to practise a professional (with the exception of courses in the medical field, as per Legislative Decree no. 368 of 4 August 1999), PhD programs, courses at the Pontifical Theological Faculty of Sardinia and the Higher Institute of Religious Sciences (Cagliari campus), the State Music Conservatory of Cagliari, and the Verbum Higher School for Linguistic Mediators.
Students with a certified disability percentage equal to or exceeding 66% are eligible for the scholarship, accommodation placements, and a special grant awarded through a competition process. These students may benefit from facilitated academic requirements compared to other students, and the duration of the benefits (in academic years) is more favourable.
The accommodation places reserved for students with disabilities equal to or exceeding 66% are located in the student halls of residence in Via Trentino. The allocation of these accommodation places is done ex officio, before the publication of the general allocation classification, considering the needs associated with each student's disability.
Students with disabilities may use the catering service for two meals a day if they fall into at least one of the following categories:
- they reside in halls of residence
- they have a disability equal to or exceeding 66%
- they have a disability of at least 45% and meet the income requirements for the scholarship
