Accommodation at the Cagliari’s ERSU halls of residence is reserved for students enrolled or intending to enrol on degree courses at the University of Cagliari, on specialisation courses required to practise a profession (with the exception of courses in the medical field, as per Italian Legislative Decree no. 368 of 4 August 1999), PhD programs, courses at the Pontifical Theological Faculty of Sardinia and the Higher Institute of Religious Sciences (Cagliari campus), the State Music Conservatory of Cagliari, and the Verbum Higher School for Linguistic Mediators.

The service is awarded by means of a competition process based on specific income and academic achievement requirements and is reserved to students residing off campus.

The organisation currently offers the following accommodation facilities in the city of Cagliari:

  • Via Businco Halls of Residence
  • Emilio Lussu Campus, Viale la Plaia

The call for competition for scholarships and accommodation applications is generally published between the end of June and beginning of July. The competition is timed so that the benefits are awarded to students enrolled or about to enrol on degree courses at the start of the academic year.

Should any accommodation places remain following the allocation and potential clearing for eligible students, notifications for paid accommodation places will be published, based on the Student Housing Regulations.
