The procedure for notifying ERSU Cagliari of the data relating to enrolment in the second course of study, as set out in art. 12.2 of the competition notice, by 13:00 on 14 October 2025 has been activated.

In order to benefit from the 20% increase in the amount of the study grant provided by article 18 of the call for applications for the assignment of study grants and accommodation places for A.A. 2025/26, and who in the same academic year will be enrolled at the same time in two university-level study courses, in order to benefit from the 20% increase in the amount of the study grant provided by article 18 of the call for applications for the assignment of study grants and accommodation places for A.A. 2025/26 in implementation of article 6 paragraph 3 of the Decree of the Minister of Universities and Research no. 1320 of 17/12/2021, they must communicate to ERSU Cagliari the data relative to the scholarship and accommodation places for A.A. 2025/26. A. 2025/26 in implementation of art. 6 paragraph 3 of the Decree of the Minister for Universities and Research no. 1320 of 17/12/2021, must communicate to ERSU of Cagliari the data relative to enrolment in the second course of study, as provided by art. 12.2 of the competition notice, by 13:00 on 14 October 2025.

To this end, it should be noted that Article 7 of the Decree of the Minister for Universities and Research no. 930 of 29/07/2022 on the subject of simultaneous enrolment in two different study courses, provides that "A student who simultaneously enrols in two study courses identifies one of the two enrolments as the reference for access to the benefits provided for by the regulations in force on the right to study, for the entire period of simultaneous enrolment in the two study courses. A student already enrolled in a course of study in years subsequent to the first cannot identify the second enrolment as the reference for the purposes of the benefits for the right to study. For the purposes of the increase in the amount of the grant provided for in Article 6, paragraph 3 of the Decree of the Minister for Universities and Research no. 1320 of 17 December 2021, the student must maintain, for both courses of study in which he/she is enrolled, the merit requirements provided for by the aforementioned decree".

The online procedure for communicating the aforementioned data has been active since 7 October 2025 on the Student Portal, with access via the special link on the home page of this site.

The following must be observed:

  • select, from your reserved area of the Student Portal, the Anno Accademico 2025/2026 button;
  • access the section "Secondo corso di laurea – Richiesta maggiorazione importo di borsa per iscrizione ad un secondo corso di laurea per l’A.A. 2025/26".
  • Fill in the form entering the details of the second degree course in which you are enrolling for the aforementioned academic year. This degree course must be different and additional to the course indicated in the scholarship application submitted for A.Y. 2025/26 and identified as the reference for access to benefits for the right to study;
  • verify that the data entered is correct and press the“CONFERMA” button to send the request, which must be done by the deadline of 14 October 2025 at 1pm.
    Once this confirmation has been made, a message will be displayed to conclude the procedure. Interested parties are required to check that the request has been sent correctly, which will only be effectively acquired by the Institution once the submission has been confirmed. An email confirming the conclusion of the procedure will follow. Failure to receive the email means that the request has not been acquired by the organisation.
  • the receipt will be displayed in the “Ricevute domande 2025/2026” section.

Applications for the above-mentioned scholarship increase submitted in any other way than as described above will not be accepted.

  • Mondays to Fridays, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.;
  • Tuesdays also from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

In addition, interested parties may, by accessing their Reserved Area of the Student Portal:

  • submit requests for information to the Right to Study Office through the "ticket" service and view the operators' response. By ‘Ticket’ is meant the request for assistance and/or the communication to ERSU of additional information, tracked by the appropriate computer system;
  • request an appointment, which can be booked according to the calendar defined by the operators, with the possibility of choosing the appointment management method from among those proposed by the Office.
