Interested parties are hereby informed that the deed authorising the payment of the first instalment of the scholarship to beneficiary students enrolled in first-level courses (three-year and single-cycle degree), with enrolment already finalised as at 29 October 2024, who have provided as at 6 November 2024 to enter in their reserved area of the student portal the address of a certified electronic mail (PEC) box in their name, and the IBAN code of an account in their name.

Interested parties are hereby informed that the deed authorising the payment of the first instalment of the scholarship to beneficiary students enrolled in first-level courses (three-year and single-cycle degree), with enrolment already finalised as at 29 October 2024, who have provided as at 6 November 2024 to enter in their reserved area of the student portal the address of a certified electronic mail (PEC) box in their name, and the IBAN code of an account in their name.

The amount of the instalment is equal to 20% of the cash value of the scholarship awarded to students with commuter and in-house status. For students with off-site status, the instalment disbursed is calculated on the basis of the amount due to commuters. The difference will be settled with the instalment due after confirmation of this status.

Payment warrants will be issued in the coming days, and the persons concerned will receive the credit to their account within five working days from the date of transmission of the warrants to the Treasury Institute.

The disbursement of the first instalment has been suspended in the cases envisaged by Article 16.2.1 of the competition notice, to which reference should be made, and interested parties are reminded that, in order to allow the amounts due to be credited within the terms envisaged by the competition notice, all scholarship recipients must obligatorily provide the Institution, by 22 November 2024:

  • the IBAN code of an account in their name, by accessing the Student Portal and filling in the field in the relevant section (or updating the IBAN already present, in the case of changes);
  • the address of the certified electronic mail (PEC) box in their name, for the sending of notices relating to the competition procedure having the value of notification, by accessing the Student Portal and filling in the appropriate field in the personal details section.
