the procedure for filling in the self-certification of off-campus status from one's reserved area of the Student Portal, provided for in the notice of competition for the allocation of scholarships and accommodation for A.Y.2024/25 is active.
Interested parties are hereby informed that the procedure for filling in the self-certification of off-site status from their reserved area of the Student Portal, provided for in Article 19.1 of the notice of competition for the allocation of scholarships and accommodation places for A.Y.2024/25, is active.
The self-certification must be filled out by students who are beneficiaries of scholarships with the status of off-campus for A.Y. 2024/2025, not beneficiaries of accommodation in the Institution's student houses.
Confirmation of off-campus status must be made exclusively through the above procedure by the deadline of January 31, 2025, by following the directions below:
- access the Student Portal from the appropriate link on the home page of www.ersucagliari.it: https://portalestudenti.ersucagliari.it/apps/V3.1/sol/public/
- select, from their reserved area of the Student Portal, the A.Y. 2024/25;
- access the “Self-certification of Off-Campus Status” section, which will be made available only to scholarship recipients who are not currently beneficiaries of accommodation in the Institution's student housing;
- select the type of lease agreement you have:
- (a) if a lease has been entered into abroad for participation in international mobility programs, or accommodation has been taken at the institution's degree site in another residential facility (e.g., college), select: at “College/other residential facility/other type of accommodation abroad.”
- in other cases, select: at “private individual's apartment.”
- fill in all fields in the form;
- if more than one rental contract has been entered into in the same academic year, indicate the data of these contracts by following the instructions in the form;
- verify the data entered. Once this verification has been carried out, access the tab “Lease agreement data (for off-campus students) A.Y. 2024/2025 - Confirmation”, and click the “CONFIRM” button to send the self-certification. Once the confirmation is made, the message ending the procedure will be displayed and no more changes can be made. Interested parties are required to verify the correct submission of the request, which will be effectively acquired by the Entity only upon confirmation of the submission, which will be followed by an email confirming the conclusion of the procedure. Failure to receive the email means that the request has not been acquired by the Entity;
- once the confirmation has been made by sending the self-certification, in order to complete the procedure all interested parties who have entered into a contract falling under the type referred to in (a) “College/other residential facility/other type of accommodation abroad”, will have to submit a copy of the stipulated lease agreement, which must be uploaded by January 31, 2025 in the “Upload documents - 2024/25” area - section “Self-certification of off-site status - Lease Agreement”;
Attention:
- Students who make the confirmation of their out-of-state status by November 22, 2024, will be disbursed the first installment of the scholarship with the amount due according to that status;
- Students who make such confirmation after Nov. 22, 2024, and by the deadline of Jan. 31, 2025, will be disbursed the first installment of the scholarship with the amount due according to commuter status. The cash amount due based on off-campus status will be disbursed with the balance payment;
- Students who fail to submit the aforementioned self-certification by the deadline of January 31, 2025, or declare that they have entered into a paid lease for the current academic year near the university premises, for a period of less than 10 months (5 months if scholarship recipients as first-year off-campus students), will be given commuter status ex officio, as stipulated in Article 19 of the Notice of Competition for the Allocation of Scholarships. Therefore, as of February 1, 2025, the same will no longer be eligible for free meals and the cash value of the scholarship will be redetermined with reference to the amount due based on commuter status.
For foreign male and female students whose family does not reside in Italy, confirmation of off-campus status is made ex officio.
