On October 6, 2025, the final rankings for the allocation of university accommodation for the academic year 2025/2026 were published on the E.R.S.U. website.
The rankings of students with disabilities are not made public.
These rankings will remain published until November 6, 2025, and are valid until March 31, 2026.
Please note that the publication of the above rankings on the Authority's website has been arranged in accordance with Resolution No. 468 adopted by the National Anti-Corruption Authority on June 16, 2021, published on June 24, 2021, concerning 'Obligations to publish acts granting subsidies, contributions, subsidies, and economic benefits to individuals and public and private entities (Articles 26 and 27 of Legislative Decree No. 33/2013)', and EU Regulation No. 679/2016 (GDPR), the names of the persons concerned are not indicated in the above-mentioned rankings, which are identified by the ‘Student Code’, and no indication is given of the ISEE and merit of the students, nor of the reason for any exclusion.
By accessing the Student Portal, in your reserved area, you can find the “Student Code” indicated next to the surname and name of the person concerned.
Those concerned can view their individual position in the ranking (BENEFICIARY, ELIGIBLE, NOT ELIGIBLE), with their merit and income data, and the reason for any exclusion, by accessing the ‘RANKING RESULTS’ section of the Student Portal.
The same section indicates, for beneficiaries on the ranking list, the room assigned according to the order of assignment.
Beneficiary students in the categories with reserved places (students with disabilities and children of emigrants) who do not see the room assigned in the above section will receive an email from the Housing Office with instructions on how to take possession of the assigned accommodation.
The occupancy of the assigned bed places accomation will be carried out in accordance with the procedures indicated in the specific notice “Procedures for the occupancy of beds for the academic year 2025/26” published on the Authority's website on September 12, 2025, which can be consulted at this Link
The procedure for accepting accommodation will be active on the Student Portal from October 7, 2025, until 7:00 p.m. on October 13, 2025 (Monday).
Students interested in exchanging rooms, after accepting the assigned bed place to them, must open a dedicated ticket in the “ACCOMMODATION/ROOM EXCHANGE” category on the Student Portal, attaching the appropriate form, which can be downloaded from the ERSU website in the “forms” section. Tickets may be sent from the publication of the final rankings until 6:00 p.m. on October 7, 2025. Occupancy of the bed place following the exchange, after receiving the ticket of acceptance of the application from the Housing Office, may take place on October 7, 2025.
Students who have submitted an expression of interest for the allocation of accommodation at the “Geovillage” residential facility, based in Olbia, will receive an email from the Accommodation Office with instructions on how to take possession of the allocated accommodation.
In compliance with the regulations on the protection of privacy, the complete rankings, with merit data and income indicators, will only be made available upon submission of a formal and reasoned request for access to the documents, pursuant to Article 22 of Law No. 241/1990, subject to notification to the parties concerned.
The request for access must be submitted via certified email or registered letter addressed to the General Management and the Legal Affairs and General Services Office of the ERSU of Cagliari.
An appeal against the above rankings may be lodged with the Director General of the E.R.S.U. of Cagliari, and a judicial appeal may be lodged with the Regional Administrative Court, within 30 days and 60 days respectively from the date of publication of the rankings.
