ERSU Cagliari, also in the current year, is joining Green Food Week and will offer students a menu with reduced environmental impact by introducing variations for a "greener" meal.

In the canteens in Via Trentino and Piazza Michelangelo for the day of Feb. 8, meals will be meat- and fish-free.

Also:

• In the via Trentino canteen a green menu with a vegan option is always guaranteed for all days of the week.
• In the Piazza Michelangelo canteen from Tuesday, Feb. 6 to Friday, Feb. 9, there will be extra menu dishes, from the Sardinian tradition, preferably plant-based, prepared by resorting to short supply chain products (e.g., fregola with artichokes).
