  • In the via Trentino canteen a green menu with a vegan option is always guaranteed for all days of the week.
  • In the Piazza Michelangelo canteen from Tuesday, Feb. 6 to Friday, Feb. 9, there will be extra menu dishes, from the Sardinian tradition, preferably plant-based, prepared by resorting to short supply chain products (e.g., fregola with artichokes).
