The application process for the competition will be open from Monday 21 July 2025 until 1 p.m. on 2 September 2025 on the Student Portal
Interested parties are invited to carefully read the call for applications and to comply with the deadline for submitting the online application, set for 2 September 2025, at 1:00 p.m. Failure to comply with the above deadline will result in non-admission to the competition.

Students who enrol in the “filter semester” of the Single-Cycle Master's Degree courses in Medicine and Surgery and Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics, offered by the University of Cagliari, may participate in the competition by submitting their application by the above deadline and specifying that they are enrolling in the “filter semester”, indicating the single-cycle Master's degree programme chosen for admission for the 2025/2026 academic year. They will be eligible for the benefits under the specific terms and conditions set out in the call for applications.
Students who enrol in the above master's degree courses or a similar course at the University of Cagliari, after completing the filter semester at another university, may submit their application to participate in the above call for applications during an additional time window, with the timing and procedures to be specified in a specific notice, following the publication of the national ranking drawn up by the MUR.
In order to participate in the competition, it is necessary to request the ISEE 2025 certificate, which must contain the wording “Applies to subsidised services for the right to university education” and must not contain any notes from the Revenue Agency relating to omissions/discrepancies. When completing the competition application form, the reference number of the ISEE 2025 certificate or the date of submission of the Dichiarazione Sostitutiva Unica (if the ISEE certificate requested has not yet been issued close to the deadline for the call for applications) must be entered to allow the ERSU to access the ISEE data from the INPS database. Please note that in order to access the Student Portal:
- students must have SPID credentials (at least level 2) or an Electronic Identity Card (CIE);
- are minors;
- do not have Italian citizenship and do not possess a valid Italian identity document.

Interested parties can access their reserved area of the Student Portal to submit requests for information to the Right to Study Office through the “ticket” service available on the aforementioned Portal, and view the operators' response to the ticket sent.
