Notice is hereby given that payment warrants have been issued for the Rent allowance a.y. 2023/24 to students who have submitted the documentation required by 7 November 2024 and for the First tranche of the grant a.y. 2024/25 to beneficiary students regularly enrolled in the first year and in years following the first.

Notice is hereby given that payment warrants have been issued for the following benefits:

Benefits relating to A.Y. 2023/24:

Rent allowance to students who have submitted the documentation required by the call for applications by 7 November 2024.

Benefits relating to A.Y. 2024/25:

First tranche of the grant to beneficiary students regularly enrolled in the first year and in years following the first, in application of art.16.2.1 of the notice of competition, to which reference is made for the methods of payment of the benefit.

Interested parties will receive the credit to the account in their name within five working days from the date of transmission of the mandates to the Treasurer Institute.

If an incorrect IBAN has been communicated, relating to an account in the name of another person, or to an account closed at the time of payment, any penalty applied by the Treasury will be charged.

The disbursement of the first instalment of the study grant awarded for the A.Y. 2024/25 has been suspended, as provided for by art.16.2 of the notice, in respect of students who, as of 22 November 2024:

  • have not provided the Institution with the certified electronic mail (PEC) address in their name;
  • have not provided the Organisation with the IBAN code of an account in their name to allow the crediting of the amounts due;
  • they have not completed their enrolment for the current academic year.

In order for the amounts due to be credited by 30 April 2025, interested parties are invited:

  • to enter in the ‘ANAGRAFICA’ section of their reserved area of the Student Portal the certified e-mail address (PEC) in their name;
  • enter the IBAN code of an account in their name in the ‘IBAN’ section of the Student Portal;
  • to communicate the completion of enrolment for the current academic year by sending a message from the ‘TICKET’ section of their reserved area of the Student Portal, to which the pdf of the enrolment self-declaration, downloadable from the University of Cagliari webstudents page, must be attached.
